 | Banquet Policies & InformationBANQUET MENUS - The banquet menus are intented to be guidelines and suggestions. We will be happy to create any menu you wish to fulfill your special needs. We ask that you submit all special requests at least four weeks prior to the scheduled event.
GUARANTEE - We ask that a final attendance number be given a minimum of 4 working days in advance. If proper notice is not given, the estimated number originally given will be used for billing purposes. If nescessary, the Chef will be prepared to serve 10% over the guaranteed number. The guarantee is not subject to reduction.
FOOD SERVICE - Rosedale is responsible for the quality and freshness of the food served to its guests. Food may not be brought onto or taken off the premises, even after it has been prepared and served, without the expressed consent of the Club Manager.
PRICING - There will be an applicable 18% service charge and 6.5% sales tax on all food and beverage items. Guaranteed prices will not be given more than 90 days prior to any function. Menu prices are subject to change.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Florida State Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Rosedale is responsible for the administration of those regulations. Therefore, it is policy that no alcoholic beverages be brought onto the premises. All despensing of alcoholic beverages must be done by the Rosedale staff. We retain the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages at our discretion.
SECURITY - Rosedale shall not assume responsiblity for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought or left at the facility. The host is responsible for damage or theft by guests of Club property.
