Here at Rosedale Golf & Country Club we want to make sure we offer our guests and our members the absolute best experiences possible. From the eighteen holes of championship golf to the heated Olympic pool to the social events and our restaurant, we try to leave no leaf unturned. That is why we also offer the golf learned center to all out of guests and members. Below you will find all of the information that you need to pick your desired learning experience.

1/2 Day Full Swing School

8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Price - $239.00

During the half day full swing school you will learn all of the full swing basic fundamentals. We will take video analysis of your swing to be able to provide you with accurate and reliable feedback on what to work on when you hit the range. We also will discuss drills and game improvement ideas based on what we learn about your swing. After the half day full swing school you will understand your entire swing much better and be ready to begin hitting the ball further and straighter than ever before.

1/2 Day Short Game School

8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Price - $239.00

Once you have perfected the full swing, it is time to begin working on the short game. More shots will come during an average round of golf from within 100 yards or closer. You will, during the half day short game school, hone your skills in and around the green to lower your scores. All aspects of the short game are covered such as putting and chipping. You will learn how to read breaks in the green and how to stoke the ball close on those longer lag putts.

Also covered in the half day short game school is pitching and bunker shots. Most of us spend too little time in the bunkers but find ourselves in them on the golf course. Here we will teach you to blast the sand shots close and how to play smart in and around the greens. After the half day short game school you will be dynamite around the greens.

2 Day Weekday or Weekend School

If you are wanting a more rounded set of lessons, then try the two day weekday or weekend golf school. This is a series of two short lessons that will cover everything from the full swing and how to make solid contact to the short game and how to score in and around the greens. Nothing is left untouched and you get the chance to experience these golf schools over a series of two days. Also, by offering them on the weekdays or the weekends gives you the flexibility to choose when you want to learn.

1/2 Day First Timer School

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Price - $150.00

This is a great introduction to golf for the first time player. Golf is a hard sport, there is no denying that, but with the half day first timer school, we can hopefully make the transition into playing an easy one. In this school we will cover an introduction to the short game, the basic fundamentals of the game of golf, and even a brief overview of the rules and golf etiquette. By the time you are finished with the half day first timer school you will have a better understanding if golf is something you want to take seriously.

Ladies Day Out

$25.00 - 45 Minutes

These are offered twice per month at Rosedale Golf & Country Club. If you are a beginner, then you will experience all of the basics of the game of golf, an introduction to the rules and etiquette and much more. If you do not have clubs, no worries as they will be provided if you need them.

If you are an intermediate player or an advanced player, you can use these events as a way to hone your skills and to develop the next part of your game you are currently working on. Either way, these prove to be fun each and every time.

9 Holer Clinics

$25.00 - 45 Minutes

Running short on time? Well, then these nine hole clinics are for you. These clinics meet twice a month and are offered to LGA Rosedale members only.

How to Practice

$15.00 - 45 Minutes

How many times do you head out to the practice range and have no idea what to work on? Perhaps you just don't know how to practice. Well, these events are offered twice a month and will offer you tips on how to practice effectively. We will show you drills and even provide you with a professional demonstration of these drills.

No Excuses

6:00 PM

$35.00 - 45 Minutes

These clinics are offered once a week and forces you to have a night dedicated to practice. After work, after class, or just after a long day of doing nothing, these clinics will force you out to the practice range and get you swinging a golf club. Get out there and learn how to practice.

Senior Stretch

$25.00 - 45 Minutes

These clinics are offered once a month and offer the senior guests and members a chance to stretch it out. During this clinic you will learn how to stretch and given appropriate techniques on how to become a more flexibility golfer. The more flexible you are the better golf you will ultimately play.

Make Your Own Clinic

$20.00 per person - 45 Minutes

Do we not offer a plan that fits your schedule or your current stage with the game of golf? Then you are in luck. We offer this clinic that allows you to pick what, when and how often you want to work on your game. With this clinic you can set your own date and time. If you can bring a minimum of three people (or up to six) then we will provide the instruction for you. This is a great time to work on your game on your schedule.

Group Lessons & Family Play Programs

"I've Never Played Golf In My Life"

$20.00 for 45 Minutes
$100.00 for 6 Sessions

This is a great chance for you to get past never having played the game of golf. Every other week, with set dates and times, come out to Rosedale Golf & Country Club and start playing some golf. If you don't have golf clubs, no worries as clubs are provided.

While taking part in this event, all aspects of the game will be covered. We will look at your full swing, the short game, and even break down some simple rules and golf course etiquette. After spending so much time on the driving range and on the putting green, get excited as the last day will be spent actually on the golf course itself. Get ready to have some fun and play some golf.

Lesson, Lunch, & Links

This is truly a package you can't afford to pass up. With the lesson, lunch, and links package you will get a forty-five minute lesson covering things such as the full swing and the short game, you will get the opportunity to have lunch, and then hit the golf course for nine holes of golf. Your tee times and lunch reservations can be made by the Rosedale Golf & Country Club's staff and vary based on your availability. So get out there and learn how to play golf, eat a good lunch and play some golf.

Family Time at Rosedale

The family time at Rosedale meets twice per month and includes a forty-five minute lesson and nine holes on the golf course. During the lesson we will show you the full swing all the way to the short game and give you an unbiased and fitting lesson. Then, after you are finished on the range, head out to the golf course and get playing for your nine holes of golf. These provide for a great bonding experience for families and comes at a very reasonable rate. Your tee times can be made by contacting our staff.
